What We do
The foundation of what we do at YSMG is about training-- both your body and your mind. Getting fit isn't just about getting your body into shape--it's about redefining what it means to embrace a holistic, healthy lifestyle. We don't want you to be healthier for just one day or one month, but for a lifetime.
Group FitnessGroup training is a great way to get in shape. Surrounded by other people with similar goals, it's easier to stay motivated. We meet three days a week with a choice of outdoor morning or evening sessions. Every workout is different.

Personal TrainingIf you have specific goals in mind, or just prefer more one-on-one attention, individualized personal training is the place for you. We can set-up a training program that's as unique as you are. You'll achieve your goals more quickly through our individualized training. Off-site personal training at your home or other location is available.

NutritionEating well is a big part of getting fit. We can advise you on modifications you can make to your diet that will enable you to reach your fitness goals. And if you need some coaching on healthy lifestyle tips, we can do that too! Best of all, nutritional assistance is included for free with our group fitness or personal training services!
